Although normally massage and reflexology are great experiences, there are some reasons
that you would not want to schedule an appointment. Please see the health considerations
section for information on those health issues. If you are unsure, please call us and
we will be happy to discuss your concerns.
Payment
We accept cash or checks.
Gratuities are not included and typically range from 15-20%.
Health considerations
While most clients can experience the joy of reflexology, there are certain conditions that
indicate it is not appropriate. Those are:
- Infectious diseases
- Fever
- Blood clots
- Acute inflammations of the venous and lymphatic systems
- Atrophy of the feet (can be caused by paralysis, long-term bed rest or severe congestive heart failure)
- Gangrene
- Unstable pregnancy
- Advanced osteoporosis
- Infections of the feet including nail fungus
- Athlete's foot
- Advanced diabetes
- Medications effecting the liver, stomach, kidney or other organs needed on a daily basis
